If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our App. The information we may collect via the App depends on the features you use and includes:

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine our retention periods include:
- The length of time you use the App and whether you have an active account

- Find DoseyRx and select your preferred setting (Never, Ask Next Time, While Using the App, or Always)
9.8 Device Identifier Controls
You can limit the use of your device's advertising identifier through your iOS device settings:
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking
- Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a certain period of time.
9.10 Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with a supervisory authority, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe that we have violated your privacy rights or applicable data protection laws.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by California law. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
12.5 Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
13. Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not currently sell your personal information as defined by Nevada law.
