Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the App, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

We want to be transparent about what information we do NOT collect. Machine Party does not collect:

We use your information to deliver the core functionality of Machine Party, including processing your gameplay actions, maintaining your game progress, and ensuring the App operates correctly on your device. Device identifiers help us optimize the App's performance for your specific device configuration.

3.2 To Improve and Optimize the App

Usage analytics enable us to understand how players interact with Machine Party, which features are most popular, where users may encounter difficulties, and how we can enhance the gaming experience. This data-driven approach allows us to make informed decisions about future updates, new features, and gameplay improvements.

3.3 To Analyze App Performance

We use collected data to monitor the technical performance of the App, including identifying crashes, bugs, and other technical issues. This allows us to quickly address problems and ensure a stable, reliable gaming experience across different devices and iOS versions.

Currently, Machine Party does not utilize third-party service providers for analytics, hosting, or other services. Any such third parties would be contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

Please note that while the App itself does not use third-party services, the iOS platform on which Machine Party operates is provided by Apple Inc. Your use of iOS devices and services is subject to Apple's privacy policies and terms of service, which are separate from this Privacy Policy.

For iOS devices, you can limit certain data collection through your device settings:

  • To limit ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
  • You can also go to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising and enable "Limit Ad Tracking" (on older iOS versions)
  • To reset your advertising identifier, go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising (or Tracking) and select "Reset Advertising Identifier"

Please note that limiting data collection may affect App functionality and your user experience.

8.5 Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers and devices permit you to broadcast a preference that you not be tracked online. The App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry consensus on how to interpret and respond to such signals. As standards develop, we may implement appropriate responses to Do Not Track signals.

8.6 Exercising Your Rights

We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within thirty days. Machine Party does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law. Should this change, we will provide appropriate notice and opt-out mechanisms.

We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level of quality, or suggest that you will receive different prices or quality of goods or services for exercising your privacy rights.

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will require written proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf or a copy of a power of attorney. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

9.2 Nevada Privacy Rights

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. Machine Party does not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law. Should our practices change, we will provide appropriate notice and opt-out mechanisms. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Machine Party is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The App is designed and intended for use by individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit information from, market to, or accept service from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, you must not use the App or provide any information through the App.

As Machine Party is available exclusively through the Apple App Store for iOS devices, the following provisions apply:

Machine Party does not currently require user accounts or sign-in functionality. Should we implement account features in the future that utilize third-party sign-in options, we will offer Sign in with Apple as required by Apple's guidelines.

Analytics data is retained for as long as it remains useful for the purposes described above, typically for a period of up to twenty-four (24) months, after which it may be aggregated, anonymized, or deleted. Aggregated and anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for research and improvement purposes.

14.4 First-Party Analytics Only

All analytics data is collected and processed by us directly. We do not currently use third-party analytics services. Should we integrate third-party analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate notice.
