We generally retain IP address logs for no more than ninety (90) days, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required for legal or security purposes.
6.2 Crash Reports
Crash reports and diagnostic information are retained for as long as necessary to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. Once a bug or issue has been addressed and confirmed fixed across multiple App versions, associated crash reports are typically deleted or anonymized. In general, crash reports are retained for no more than one hundred eighty (180) days.
6.3 Account Deletion and Data Removal
Since PinRush does not require user accounts or store personal profiles, there is no account deletion process. If you wish to request deletion of any information we may have collected about you, please contact us at papercatgaming@gmail.com. Upon verification of your identity and request, we will delete or anonymize your information within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
6.4 Legal and Safety Retention
Notwithstanding the above retention periods, we may retain information for longer periods when required by law, regulation, legal process, or when necessary to protect the safety and security of our users, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

Protecting the privacy of children is especially important to us. PinRush is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) in the United States, or under the age of sixteen (16) in the European Economic Area.
8.1 No Knowing Collection from Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) or sixteen (16) in applicable jurisdictions. The App does not require users to provide personal information, and the limited technical data we collect (IP addresses and crash reports) is collected automatically and is not combined with other information to identify individual users.
8.2 Parental Consent
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at papercatgaming@gmail.com. We will take steps to remove such information from our systems and terminate any associated accounts.
8.3 Age Verification
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 12. Your California Privacy Rights
12.1 California Shine the Light Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
12.2 Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers and mobile devices support a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites and applications you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. As PinRush is a mobile game application that does not track users across third-party websites or online services, DNT signals do not apply to our App. We do not track your online activities over time or across different websites or applications.
