Faceless Crowd is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile game application TNex Run. 1. Information We Collect

TNex Run is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data beyond what is necessary for authentication through Google Sign In.

1.1 Google Sign In

When you choose to sign in using Google Sign In, we receive your email address from Google solely for authentication purposes. This information:

  • Is used only to verify your identity and create your account
  • Is not stored on our servers
  • Is not used for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose
  • Is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and your Google account settings

1.2 What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be completely transparent. TNex Run does NOT collect:

  • Personal information beyond your email address for authentication
  • Location data of any kind
  • Photos, videos, or other media from your device
  • Contact lists or address books
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage data, analytics, or gameplay statistics
  • Crash reports or diagnostic information
  • Financial or payment information
  • Health or biometric data
  • Any other personal data

2. How We Use Your Information

The email address received through Google Sign In is used exclusively for:

  • Authentication: To verify your identity when you sign in to the App
  • Account Management: To associate your game progress with your account

We do not use your email address for marketing, advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than authentication.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your authentication is handled entirely by Google Sign In. We do not maintain separate servers or databases to store your personal information. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data during the authentication process.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

6. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data. Authentication is handled by Google Sign In, and your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all local data will be removed from your device.

7.1 Access and Control

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no data for you to access, download, or delete from our systems. To manage your Google Sign In information, please visit your Google Account settings.

7.2 Uninstalling the App

You may stop all collection of information by the App by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

9. International Users

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there are no international data transfers to disclose. Authentication is handled by Google in accordance with their privacy practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and/or on our website, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
